The Title of the Post above it self says it all, These days it has become trend in our lifestyle for those people who are unable to get jobs in their early stages of the career are not switching to “FAKE EXPERIENCE“, Whats more shocking is that many good Training Insituites put these candidates into some live project and give them a Experience certificate of 1-2 Yrs, even though the candidate has no such experience. Specially in Big IT Cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad.
Is This the world running behind money? is Money only the mantara fur success? are there any ethics? Values? that we were so happy to pronounce? and pro-claim? to be? so ethicle?
Answer to the above questions can only be answered by those ppl who are involved in this Big Fake experience market, making some money out of it and giving companies Candidates with fake certificate.
If you take an advise from my, never try this un-ethicle method, this is infact a big lie, and a big cheating to the company. Who knows by doing this you might have snateched some real experinced persons job.

Buddy we are all(well most of us) are aware of this facts but dont you think that these companies are making freshers to this. I’m not at all supporting this “Fake Experience” thing but sometimes companies dont look out the potential candidates at all just bcause they dont have Experience in IT. Well I dnt think this is good the only thing which matters to most of the company is your Experience thats it. So my question is how will these potential candidates will get Experience if they dont get job n again no job no Experience its a cycle so hw u suggest the way to get out of this cycle to these candiadet who dnt have Experience

Look There are many ways one can come out of a Freshers Life, Usually Candidates who do not score well in their exams tend to be left out or those who donot attend their campus interviews / Off-Campus interviews tend to lose out.
You are wrong on one point that companies are looking out only for Experienced candidates there are many companies who look for freshers and give them training. Including IBM, Intel, Infosys, Wipro, TCS and more.
Most of these companies also visit campus to hire freshers while they are graduating. This is the best time for many fresh graduates/ to be graduates to get into Big companies.
I know there will be few who will lack behind, life is hard one has to fight hard, every one is not tested with same level hence if one is lazy he wont get any job untill changes his attitude and trys harder.
Dear fresherhome, you should be in the position to do what company asks you to do, thats all, this certificate is just a formality. I have seen so many people who have got real time experience in some companies but still their degree of knowledge is very low.
Do not mistake me I am not supporting fake experiences here but I am just supporting the point what Harsh identified, how will they get experience if companies don’t give job? This question is very valid, genuine and deserve for a dispute.
It is very easy to give some generalised statement but it is very hard to help a candidate who desperately needs a job. Yes I agree with your one point that one should not be lazy if he is lazy he can’t achive any success but everyone is not lazy, India has got more unemployees most of them are engineers only you can’t say that all of them are lazy people.
Yes of course you are correct that companies don’t look for experienced candidates only but freshres also. Here you should observe one point even though they look for freshers they look for the freshers from the current batch only i.e. if you are 2008 batch then you can participate in their recruiting process but if you are 2006 or 2005 batch you are not allowed. There are so many people lie that who unfortunately couldn’t be able to get job at right time and they have got gaps in their career. Who is going to care for such kind of people?
are beta,they have skills ,they want to explore them as “”++The Best++”" programmer,as compare to real experience guy they(freshers as fake exp) have very innovative ideas and good programming skills===

What do you mean? 99% of the jobs are for Experienced peoples why? not because they are having experienced, it is because they are already exposed to programming, 99% of the Subjects which you study at University are not used at work. That shows why freshers Struggle. We need a new Syllabus a Robust Teaching mechanism.
well guys…. i read every bit of word what u all have written….. i wud really like to know……. why the companies which we call big company such as infosys etc… why do they have cut-offs….? what should a person do if he does not have the required cut off

I am also not supporting the Fake certificates but In my opinion its the need of Industry because they(Companies) are more concerned about the Experience certificates,I have lots and lots of friend who struggled for more than one year for jobs then didnt find a job manage fake certificates and got good jobs are some are now even settled in USA and UK and dubai.So these are the same guys who didnt got job when they didnt produce experience certificates once they produce they got the jobs so if the Companies and their HR’s judge a candidate by experience certificates then let them have it.
And one more thing not everybody can get a job through campus placements ,Do you think there are those many vacancies in companies who visit us to give job to every students.One have also put this point that they didnt study well then they didnt got the job So due you think one who didnt study at one level will be suffered for the rest of his life……………
Dear think what the industry wants these guys are giving them then they are also eligible for the job,How a company rejects a candidate when not produced the certificate and the same candidate got much better job when produced the Fake certificate its the system which is not capable to select a candidate for his knowledge there is no problem with the candidates…………………..

According to me also if a person is having good knowledge about technology and he think that he can crake the interview of a big banner company then if he is making some fake documents then there will be no problem because it’s very important now these days if u r experienced then only u can get a good job………………………………………….

i had read all your views about ‘fake experience’
now, i m in the same situation,
i m a mca fresher,
i had gone through java training in a real company and they will also provide me experience certificate including salary slip, appointment letter, appraisal letters, and will also respond to the checking process of companies. [all fake]
it has been six months i had left traning, but due to my remaining papers i was not applying to any company,
in my friends group, only 2out of 8 had entered in the industry as a fresher, all 6 of others have shown experience from 10 months to massive 2.5 years…and they all are great going in there respective jobs.
now its my time.. in the past 1.5 years i had worked in 3-4 projects in the company in which i was taking traning, and also handled projects throughoutly, 2 out of 4 where my own ideas of w im having knowledge in java which is sufficient for showing 1.5 to 2 years of exp.
but personally my soul dont allow me to start real career with a false step..
but in current situation, comp. are first looking at exprience tag in your resume and then at skills. all my friends also tell that there is no meaning to apply for job with less then 2 years of exp. companies are not responding back to guys less then 2yrs of exp.
big companies get there freshers from big colleges and thus they dont hire freshers from open market. in small companies, they hire freshers but pay very less (stifund).. and i dont want to enter again as a traniee…
now within one month i m thinking to post my resume on sites or go for walk-in’s …
in this situation what should i do?
try as a fresher or show fake exp. and enter the industry…
Everyone is cheater here except few. Clients are cheating customers, Companies are cheating Clients. If they are not wrong, then how a fresher who is showing fake exp can be wrong??
Judge the person while taking interview, ask them Questions, if he replies, hire him. Certificates are just formalities.
If a candidate wants to leave a company, he will have to give notice, but if companies will fire them, they will say it is companies policy.
These HR, salle they are making money by hiring their contact persons, not candidates who are fighting for job but unable to get as some of them has come from “Poor families” and trying to survive and so their Attitudes and desires, everything has gone away. You HRs are only looking for Glamour/Talkative people, especially girls.. Put a bond and give them chance, it will show a better output.

deepak is correct, I know one girl who agreed to marry H.R if she was selected in interview.I dont want to mention company’s name here.But the situaution is like that only.People who are thinking fake exp is criminal, they should first think themselves if a person who is hardworking and skilled but dont have communication skills are being thrown away in interview, how he can get job n show his skills.Is that mistake companies doing or not? I think U dont need every person to present ur project then Y all these rubbish?I am BTech 2007 passed out , n I got 59.5 % n the companied which are saying they r biggest in India are concentrating on percentages not on skills.I experianced a lot guys.It seems crazy to U but it is fact.Now I just attended an interview with killling my heat n soul as a fake exp guy,wat to do ? No company is taking freshers who are passed i except present year.I thought these IT industry is like paradise for those who got jobs n for others it is HELL.
